All orders received after 4pm, will be processed the following day and delivered the day after. If your order is placed after 4pm and you would like it delivered the next day, please select 'Standard Delivery' at checkout. Note, a AED 25 delivery fee will apply inside UAE.
Sundays/ Public Holidays: All orders received on Sundays or during Public Holidays, will be processed the following business day.
Shipment tracking:You will receive an email once your order is shipped and is out for delivery.
Non-availability on delivery: Our delivery partners will attempt to deliver the shipment 3 times before it is returned back to our warehouse. Please make sure to provide your mobile number and to leave us any special requests in the comments section, while placing your order.
ID required on delivery:We, or our delivery partners, may at our sole discretion require you to present your Emirates ID on delivery, for verification purposes.
International Delivery :
A Flat fee of AED 180 equivalent to USD 50 is considered to ship worldwide. However if your order is more than 5kgs, then LeCigaro.com holds the right to ask you for additional fee incase your destination requires additional freight costs.
You have the right not to agree on any additional fee and you will be refunded in full any amount you have purchased.
We ship though Air freight so that you can get the product you bought within one week.
Some delays may happen that is beyond our control, we will notify you first hand.
Please allow up to 10 business days to receive your purchase.
We are not responsible for any customs delay in your delivery address.
